Goyum 10

With a capacity of 1 ton per day, the Goyum 10 is a cost-effective solution for small and pilot applications. These expellers require minimum maintenance and are easy to operate. The Goyum 10 is a time proven design that uses the same components as larger commercial machines, providing scalable results for pilot applications, unlike other small oil presses. The press can be run by wide or V belts driven by PTO, electric or diesel motors.

The main body and base are made out of high grade quality cast iron. It has a single reduction gear box with spur gears and a fabricated chamber with three sections. The sizes of the chamber are as follows: 3.5 inches diameter x 20 inches long. The worm assembly is case hardened to ensure it withstands heavy loading, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. This machine is easy to operate and requires low maintenance, which makes it ideal for both personal and small business use.

Goyum 20

The Goyum 20 utilized the same time proven design of our smaller Goyum 10 units. This machine comes complete with a seed cooking and cooling unit that can utilize steam, hot or chilled water or electricity.

The main body and base of the Goyum 20 are made out of high grade quality cast iron. It has a single reduction gear box with spur gears and a fabricated chamber with three sections. The size of the chamber is as follows: 4 inches diameter x 24 inches long. The worm assembly is case hardened to ensure it withstands heavy loading, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. The cake thickness can not be adjusted while the machine is running. This machine is easy to operate and requires very little maintenance.

Goyum 30

The main body and base of the Goyum 30 are made out of high grade, quality steel. It has a triple reduction gear box with helical gears and a cast steel chamber of four sections. The sizes of the chamber are as follows: 4 inches diameter x 26 inches long. The worm assembly is case hardened to ensure it withstands heavy loading, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. The thickness of the cake can be adjusted while running. This machine takes less installation space than normal machines, is easy to use and requires very little maintenance.

The seed cooker and conditioner is included and integrated into the machine design. This is an excellent machine for pilot testing that will provide scalable results to standard commercial scale machines. The Goyum 30 design is identical to the Goyum 100 and 150 machines, with the exception of feed cramming. Cage bars are hinged for easy maintenance.

Goyum 30 MK-I

Compact and easy-to-maintain, the Goyum 30 MK-I is made of high quality steel and has a steel casted chamber. The screw is hard faced. It is a belt-less expeller, thus fitted with a 2.5 hp geared electric motor. Thickness of the cake can be adjusted while machine is running. This machine is user- friendly, maintenance free and requires less space. Cage bars are hinged for easy maintenance.

The Goyum MK-I is an excellent choice for pilot and small scale applications and includes an integrated cooker that can heat or chill seeds as required using a variety of energy inputs. As with all of our machines, the MK-I can utilize a variety of voltages as specified by the customer and bars are adjustable to accommodate the entire spectrum of oilseeds.

Goyum 40

The main body and base of the Goyum 40 are made out of steel. It has a double reduction gear box with helical gears of cast steel and a vertically hinged chamber of four sections. The sizes of the chamber are as follows: 5 inches diameter x 30 inches long. The worm assembly is case hardened with hard faced discharge ring and sliding ring. The main worm shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the gear box. Cake thickness can be adjusted while machine is running. An easy to use machine which requires very small space and minimum maintenance. Cage halves are hinged for easy maintenance.

Goyum 60

Goyum MK-III

The Goyum MK-III is designed to provide solutions for industrial production of oil. This machine is made of premium quality materials to ensure effectiveness and ease-of-operations.

The base is made out of high grade quality steel. It has a double reduction gear box with steel fabricated gears and chamber. The sizes of the frames are as follows: 6 inches diameter x 33 inches long and 7 inches diameter x 44 inches long. The worm assembly and cone point are case hardened, which results in a superior quality of oil and cake. The main worm shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the gear box. The crammer shaft allows for extra cramming of the seed or cake in the feed body. A two stage pre-conditioner is integrated into the machine design.

Goyum Mk-III-C

The base and body of the Goyum MK-III-C are made out of high grade quality steel. It has a double reduction gear box with steel casted helical gears and a cast steel chamber that is vertically hinged. The three sections in the chamber have a combined length of 33 inches. The thickness of the cake can be adjusted as desired. The worm assembly is case hardened with a hard faced discharge ring and sliding ring. Having a crushing capacity of 30 tons per day, the Goyum 600 has a simple and symmetrical shape. Made of high quality materials on the line of modern technologies, Goyum 600 can be used for high crushing capacity oil millers and features a long case design for efficient oil removal.

The main body and base of the Goyum 600 are fabricated from mild steel. It has a triple reduction gear box with steel casted helical gears and pinion shafts of special steel. The gearbox is aligned with all the bodies on a single fabricated base. It has two vertically hinged cast steel chambers, each is 36� long. The worm assembly, discharge ring and compression ring are all hard faced. The cake thickness can be adjusted while the machine is running. The main worm shaft can be withdrawn without disturbing the gear box. The shaft water is cooled. The crammer shaft allows for extra cramming of the seed or cake in the feed body and is completely supported on bearings.
